This high quality switch plate comes pre-wired and ready to bolt in. All labels and lettering is laser engraved into the plate. The "LS1" text can be substituted for any text (free) or your company or clubs logo for a small price. The plate includes the switches, wiring, bolts and engraving.
We no longer offer the exact setup pictured above. Instead we offer two version of this panel, one using 3 LED rockers which are available with a purge button. The other option is 4 non LED mini rockers but the mini rocker is not available for purge buttons. Choose your setup below and specify your switch labels in the box.
